Designed around real video-meeting constraints
For Zoom, 16:9 images such as 1280×720 or 1920×1080 are recommended, with JPG/JPEG or 24-bit PNG accepted for static backgrounds. Microsoft Teams accepts JPG, PNG and BMP custom images, while Google Meet can use custom images where the account, device and administrator settings allow the feature. Because platforms can mirror a user's self-view, the design is judged by how other meeting participants see it rather than by a mirrored local preview alone.
