Sample appreciation — We chose specialist support for eLearning Content Development after realizing our internal draft was not yet ready. We needed the team to develop structured learning content for an online training module. What we appreciated most was the attention to learning objectives, sequence, examples, knowledge checks, cognitive load, learner engagement, accessibility, and instructional clarity. The handoff included clean, usable files, and the final version required very little internal cleanup. The work ultimately gave us a training module that was easier to follow and better aligned with what learners actually needed to do. The result gave us a stronger foundation and reduced the amount of rewriting our internal team had to do.

Managed UX Writing for Apps, Websites and SaaS Products

Words designed for a task—not just a tone of voice

UX writing is the functional copy inside an interface. It tells people what an action does, helps them complete a form, and gives them a recovery path when something goes wrong. A small label can change whether a task feels obvious or uncertain. Unlike promotional copy, this work is judged by contextual clarity, appropriate terminology and how well it fits the flow.

Rudrriv supports product managers, founders, design teams, SaaS platforms, marketplaces and ecommerce operators with screen-by-screen writing. We scope the work around user journeys and states, manage the relevant specialists and provide an organized handoff suitable for design or engineering review.

What is included in a UX writing engagement?
  • Buttons and actions: labels that describe the result, such as “Save billing details” rather than an ambiguous “Submit”.
  • Forms and validation: field labels, helper hints, constraints and actionable correction messages.
  • Errors and recovery: clear explanation, next step and reassuring wording where the interface permits.
  • Onboarding and permissions: guidance that sets expectations before the user acts.
  • Empty, loading and success states: short messages that orient users when a screen has no content or a task changes state.
  • Navigation, tooltips and confirmations: consistent terms and appropriate tone across related components.
  • Implementation handoff: editable screen/state-labelled text, context notes and string inventory within your package limits.
  • Advanced content patterns: a concise reusable mini guide to language decisions and preferred terms, included only in Advanced.
What you need to share

A complete brief includes screenshots, wireframes or a view-only Figma prototype; user goals; the screens and states to cover; existing UI text; target audience; product vocabulary; character constraints; and any brand or tone reference. We also need to know the primary action on each screen and which errors or alternatives a person may encounter. Sensitive access credentials are not needed for initial scoping.

What good product copy does—and does not—promise

The aim is to make actions predictable, terms consistent and recovery instructions useful. Clear language can support more usable journeys, but writing alone does not guarantee a conversion increase, prove accessibility compliance or replace usability research. UI redesign, development, translations, A/B testing and production publishing require separate scope.

UX Writing FAQs

UX writing is the text that helps people use a digital product. It includes button labels, forms, field guidance, validation, onboarding, empty states, confirmation messages, navigation text and error recovery instructions.
Marketing copy usually explains value or persuades a visitor. UX writing helps a person complete a specific task inside an interface. A product may need both, but these packages cover in-product words rather than landing-page campaigns.
The Essential Microcopy Fix starts at ₹999 for up to 2 screens and 12 strings. Professional is ₹3,999 for one flow with up to 6 screens and 45 strings. Advanced is ₹8,999 for up to 15 screens across 3 related flows and 110 strings. Extra scope is quoted separately.
A screen is a distinct page, view, modal or meaningful product state agreed in the brief. A string is an individual piece of interface text such as a button label, helper line, tooltip, error or confirmation. Variants and separate error states count when they need unique text.
Yes. Provide screenshots, exported flows, a view-only Figma link or an accessible staging interface. Rudrriv can rewrite the specified screens without redesigning the interface. Editing your Figma file directly or deploying changes is separate scope.
Yes, where the chosen scope includes those states. Copy is written to explain what happened, the next useful action and consistent labels. Formal accessibility testing, screen-reader audits and legal compliance certification are not included.
Share the product type, audience, screenshots or wireframes, user task, current copy, problematic steps, brand voice, length constraints, required language and target handoff format. Existing terminology rules and stakeholder notes also help.
Essential includes one, Professional two and Advanced three consolidated revision rounds. Each round covers feedback on the agreed screens and strings; new flows, additional states or a major direction change require a revised quote.
All packages include organized editable copy in CSV plus a text document, labelled by screen, component and state. Professional adds contextual terminology notes; Advanced adds a short reusable voice-and-terminology guide. Direct production deployment is not included.
Estimated writing delivery is 2 working days for Essential, 4 for Professional and 7 for Advanced after the complete brief and usable screen material are received. Extra research, approvals, localization or changed scope may extend the schedule.
The listed packages deliver writing and content-review work, not guaranteed conversion improvements, user research, A/B testing or engineering implementation. Those services can be separately scoped if you need them.
The agreed final custom copy is delivered for your business use after the engagement is completed, subject to any contractual terms. Rudrriv handles project material for delivery and review; request a confidentiality agreement before sharing sensitive information, and do not send credentials in the enquiry form.

Sample review — We brought in support for eLearning Content Development with a fairly specific brief: develop structured learning content for an online training module. Instead of treating the task as generic writing, the team worked carefully through learning objectives, sequence, examples, knowledge checks, cognitive load, learner engagement, accessibility, and instructional clarity. Questions were specific, feedback was documented, and revisions stayed tied to the agreed objective. The final outcome was a training module that was easier to follow and better aligned with what learners actually needed to do. The final work felt tailored to the brief rather than produced from a generic template.

Sample review — We had already done some internal work before starting the eLearning Content Development project, but we needed an expert pass to develop structured learning content for an online training module. The review went beyond wording and considered learning objectives, sequence, examples, knowledge checks, cognitive load, learner engagement, accessibility, and instructional clarity. Each revision improved the work without introducing unnecessary complexity or changing the core message. That gave us a training module that was easier to follow and better aligned with what learners actually needed to do. By the end, we had a version that felt more credible, more consistent, and easier to put into production.
