Sample appreciation — Our Localization brief started with scattered notes and a clear deadline. We needed the team to adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market. What we appreciated most was the attention to cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. Each revision improved the work without introducing unnecessary complexity or changing the core message. The work ultimately gave us localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. We came away with content that was clearer in purpose and much easier to review with stakeholders.

About Our Managed Localization Service

Adapt the message, not just the dictionary entry

Localization (l10n) is the adaptation of text and user-facing content to the language, culture and conventions of a particular locale. For a business, that can mean replacing awkward literal phrasing, using locally understood product terms, reshaping short interface labels, and handling currencies, dates, measurement units or examples consistently. Internationalization (i18n)—making a software system technically ready for different locales—is a related but separate development discipline.

A SaaS onboarding screen, an ecommerce product page and a paid campaign may all carry the same brand promise, but they need different types of linguistic decisions. Rudrriv scopes these decisions against your audience and delivery channel, assigns suitable professionals, coordinates review and gives your team files that can be checked and used.

What is included in a typical project?
  • Scope and locale confirmation: source language, target locale, content surfaces, audience and glossary preferences.
  • Audience-aware copy: appropriately localized headings, feature descriptions, short-form UX text and calls to action in the agreed files.
  • Cultural review: idioms, references, politeness, spelling variants and market fit checked where relevant.
  • Regional formats: notes on dates, decimal separators, currency notation, addresses or units within the text you provide.
  • Consistent terminology: named products, feature labels, brand terms and approved wording respected; a terminology sheet is included in higher tiers.
  • Quality-controlled delivery: editorial checks, revisions within the package limit, and structured handoff for content owners or developers.
Who uses business localization?

Product and UX teams preparing an app for a new region; ecommerce businesses adapting catalogue listings and customer messages; marketing teams localizing a landing page or lifecycle email; SaaS providers updating onboarding and help-centre text; and agencies coordinating a consistent rollout for their own clients. Projects can involve translation to another language or regional adaptation within the same language.

What to prepare before kickoff

Provide an editable source text or string export, the exact target locale (such as en-GB, fr-CA or hi-IN), screenshots for context if available, brand voice and restricted terminology, the target reader or user, intended channels, word count and your review deadline. Mark variables, placeholders, code tokens, trademarks and text that must stay unchanged. Please do not share credentials in the enquiry form.

Assigned professionals localize meaning, interface wording and regional conventions.

03
QA & stakeholder review

We check coherence, terminology and supplied context, then process consolidated feedback.

04
Deliver ready-to-use files

Approved content, relevant term notes and agreed editable formats are handed over.

What is outside the fixed package?

These fixed packages cover specified content adaptation and editorial checks—not multilingual site engineering, automated localization pipelines, CMS publishing, legal sign-off, search-rank guarantees, native-device testing or multi-locale deployment. For right-to-left language layout, advanced desktop publishing, regulated subject matter, multilingual keyword research or continuous release support, request a separately scoped plan.

Scope boundary: A "source word" is counted in the original content you supply. Each listed price covers one target locale, not unlimited languages. Dates and turnaround estimates assume the brief and editable files are available and that feedback arrives on schedule. Final tax treatment, licensing and any exceptional third-party cost should be confirmed in the quotation.

Localization FAQs

Translation transfers meaning between languages. Localization also adapts tone, cultural references, regional terminology and user-facing formats such as dates, currencies and measurements for a specific locale.
Rudrriv can manage website pages, landing pages, UI strings, onboarding messages, product listings, marketing emails and help content. Send representative files first so the formats, word count and required specialist checks can be assessed.
Our Essential Locale Starter package costs ₹999 for up to 250 source words in one target locale. Professional is ₹3,999 for up to 750 words, and Advanced is ₹8,999 for up to 1,500 words. Complex files, extra locales, implementation and specialist fields require a separate quote.
Estimated timelines after a complete brief and usable source files are confirmed are 3–4 business days for Essential, 5–6 for Professional and 7–10 for Advanced. Language availability, approvals and file complexity can change the confirmed schedule.
Share the source files, source language, exact target locale (for example en-GB or fr-CA), intended audience, content channel, word count, style guide or glossary, screenshots where relevant and your deadline. Specify any content that must not be translated.
Yes, that can be scoped. Examples include adapting English copy for India, the United Kingdom or the United States. The work may focus on spelling, tone, terminology, currencies and local conventions rather than translating every sentence.
We can adapt visible headings and search-facing copy within an agreed content scope. Target-market keyword research, hreflang implementation, CMS publishing, developer integration and full international SEO audits are not included in these fixed packages; request a custom quote.
Yes. Structured TXT, DOCX, CSV or XLSX content can be scoped, and screenshots help reviewers assess truncation, button length and surrounding context. Advanced includes checks on up to five supplied screenshots; engineering fixes or software deployment are separate.
Each package includes one, two or three consolidated review rounds respectively, covering changes within the approved source word count, target locale and brief. New pages, extra language variants or a change in direction are respecified before further work.
You should have rights to the source text you supply. Final approved localization is delivered for your agreed business use, subject to third-party material and contractual terms. If content is confidential, flag its handling requirements before sharing access or files.
The team reviews relevant conventions such as number, date, currency, unit and address formats. For right-to-left interfaces, complex layouts and jurisdiction-specific legal wording, specialist testing or legal review must be separately scoped; a translation pass is not a compliance certification.
The listed packages each cover one target locale. Choose Essential for a small fixed excerpt, Professional for connected web or product copy, and Advanced for a broader customer journey. Tell us how many locales and content types you need to receive a multi-market quote.

Sample review — For this Localization project, we needed to adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market. The team quickly identified the details that would matter most: cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. Milestones were easy to review, and comments were incorporated carefully without losing continuity. That discipline helped us reach localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. The outcome was practical, polished, and aligned with how the content would actually be used.

Sample review — We brought in support for Localization with a fairly specific brief: adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market. Instead of treating the task as generic writing, the team worked carefully through cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. Communication remained concise, and the reasoning behind major changes was clear enough for our team to learn from. The final outcome was localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. The finished material was ready to use and noticeably easier for our audience to understand.

Sample review — The Localization engagement was well structured from kickoff to handoff. Our goal was to adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market, and the work stayed grounded in cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. They flagged gaps early, handled conflicting feedback sensibly, and kept the work moving without rushing decisions. We ended with localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. The result gave us a stronger foundation and reduced the amount of rewriting our internal team had to do.

Sample review — We had already done some internal work before starting the Localization project, but we needed an expert pass to adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market. The review went beyond wording and considered cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. The handoff included clean, usable files, and the final version required very little internal cleanup. That gave us localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. The final work felt tailored to the brief rather than produced from a generic template.

Sample review — The most useful part of the Localization engagement was how quickly the team understood the intended audience. The scope was to adapt product and marketing content for a specific local market. The strongest part of the work was the attention to cultural relevance, date and number conventions, terminology, local idiom, UX constraints, brand tone, and context-specific references. The team explained editorial choices clearly and made it easy to separate essential changes from optional preferences. The delivered result was localized content that felt designed for the market instead of simply translated word for word. By the end, we had a version that felt more credible, more consistent, and easier to put into production.
