Service Game Trailers What Clients Appreciate We selected the team for Game Trailers because we needed specialist execution rather than a generic treatment. The brief called for a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets, and the execution showed strong awareness of moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. They were receptive to direction while also flagging requests that could weaken the final piece. By the end, we had a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message.

Managed Game Trailer Production for Game Studios

From raw gameplay to a release-ready story

What is included? Rudrriv turns approved gameplay recordings and promotional assets into a cohesive teaser or launch trailer, shaping the opening hook, on-screen feature beats, title treatment, music rhythm and final call to action. Our team manages execution and quality review; you approve the creative direction and final cut.

A useful trailer answers a player's first questions quickly: What kind of game is this, what do I do in it, and why should I care? For a Steam listing, it should let the playable mechanics speak before a long cinematic intro. For an announcement or mobile launch, the first seconds must also hold attention in a crowded feed. Rudrriv organizes these requirements into one brief so you do not have to recruit separate editors, motion designers and sound professionals.

Our managed service is designed for independent PC developers, mobile studios, console teams, publishers and marketing partners preparing store listings, demos, events, updates or release campaigns. We use the best available footage to build a clear progression: a compelling first moment, the core loop, evidence of the game's distinct features and a credible closing message.

What's included in a game trailer edit
  • Footage review and moment selection: identify captures that show the actual controls, game loop, visual world and strongest reveal moments.
  • Trailer structure: establish a hook, escalation, breathing room and release or wishlist CTA appropriate to the platform.
  • Gameplay editing: clean cut points, pacing, color consistency and shot sequencing that stay true to the game.
  • Title and information cards: game logo, feature captions, release window, platform labels and approved end-card text.
  • Music and sound: rhythm-led editing, levels and sound accents within the selected package and cleared asset rights.
  • Distribution exports: H.264 MP4 with AAC stereo audio at 1080p, with vertical versions or social cutdowns in higher tiers.
  • Review and handoff: consolidated feedback rounds, file inspection and organized final exports; project files in Advanced where licensing permits.
What we need from your studio

Provide a short game overview, intended player audience, store or campaign destination, playable footage clips, game logo and platform marks, preferred audio direction, any must-show mechanics, accurate feature claims and release messaging. Label footage that is unfinished or under embargo. If no usable capture exists yet, tell us whether your team can record it or a separate capture scope is required.

How Rudrriv manages the production
01
Share footage & goal

We align on game genre, intended platform, key mechanics, runtime and available captures.

02
Outline the trailer beats

Our delivery team maps the hook, reveal sequence, audio mood and closing message.

03
Review the first edit

You assess a structured preview and send one consolidated set of notes per included round.

04
Quality-check & export

We confirm on-screen claims, sound, readable graphics and the agreed aspect-ratio files.

Gameplay accuracy is part of the creative brief

Strong production does not have to misrepresent play. We prioritize clips that demonstrate real mechanics and ask you to approve any in-development UI, scripted sequences, platform badges or promises about release content. Where relevant, Steam recommends showing actual gameplay early and prefers widescreen, high-quality video; we prepare the approved export, while account access and platform submission remain with your team.

Scope boundary: The listed packages are editorial production from usable supplied materials. Creating new 3D cinematics, bespoke character animation, recording voice talent, paying for music licenses, translating subtitles and capturing gameplay from an inaccessible build require a separate written scope.

Game Trailer Production FAQs

A game trailer is a short promotional video that presents the playable experience, art style, central features or launch announcement of a game. Rudrriv edits approved gameplay and promotional assets into a clear, audience-focused sequence.
The Essential Gameplay Teaser Cut costs ₹4,000, Professional Steam Gameplay Reveal costs ₹11,500, and Advanced Launch Trailer Toolkit costs ₹20,000. These fixed scopes assume usable customer-supplied footage; original cinematics, complex capture and licensing are quoted separately.
All three fixed packages are based on gameplay or approved promotional footage you supply. If capture from a playable build is needed, share the platform, build-access requirements and technical constraints so we can quote that separately.
Yes. The landscape H.264 MP4 with AAC audio is prepared with Steam-style store presentation in mind. Steam generally recommends gameplay-first trailers; the customer uploads the approved file through their own Steamworks account and remains responsible for store compliance.
Estimated delivery is 2 days for Essential, 4 days for Professional and 7 days for Advanced after the brief, footage, logo, messaging and approved assets are complete. New footage requests, complex approvals or additional creative work can change the schedule.
Essential includes one consolidated revision round, Professional includes two and Advanced includes three. A revision refines the agreed edit; new footage capture, major concept changes or a different trailer may require a separate quote.
The fixed packages use authentic approved gameplay as their foundation. Motion titles, transitions and audio can add cinematic energy without misrepresenting the playable experience. Original CGI sequences and character animation are outside the listed scope.
All tiers include a 1080p landscape H.264 MP4 with AAC stereo audio. Professional adds one 15-second vertical social teaser, and Advanced includes a vertical master plus two short cutdowns. Specific output specs are confirmed against your distribution channels.
Music timing, basic audio cleanup and included sound-design layers vary by tier. You must supply cleared music or approve a suitable license before publishing; paid music, voice actors and bespoke scoring are not included in the listed package prices.
The Advanced tier includes an editable project handoff when third-party asset and software licenses permit. You receive the agreed final exports for the authorized uses, while gameplay, game IP, fonts, music and stock assets remain subject to their underlying rights and licenses.
Choose Essential for a brief announcement teaser using strong existing footage, Professional for a primary gameplay-led store trailer plus a social preview, and Advanced when your launch needs a longer reveal and coordinated cutdowns.
Share your game title and genre, target player, game build or capture clips, 3–5 key features, trailer goal, store or social channels, logos, release message, visual references, preferred duration and deadline.

The Game Trailers engagement started with a fairly rough brief, but the team helped turn it into a workable production plan. The team developed a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets with strong judgment around moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. They followed our requirements while still introducing a few improvements we had not considered. Milestones were simple to review, and revision rounds stayed controlled even when priorities shifted. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message.

We were pleased with how the Game Trailers work held together once all of the revisions were incorporated. They produced a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets while keeping a close eye on moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. Early versions improved steadily through feedback without becoming overworked or losing the original intent. Delivery stayed on schedule, and open questions were resolved quickly. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message.

We came into the Game Trailers project with strong preferences, and the team worked within them without making the result feel restricted. The work centered on a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets, with especially careful attention to moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. Communication stayed clear, and requested changes were incorporated without weakening the overall direction. The final handoff was practical and clearly prepared for the next stage. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message. The working files and final exports were cleanly organized and practical for our team to continue using.

Our Game Trailers brief had several moving parts, but the process stayed focused. The team translated our requirements into a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets, and we especially valued the attention to moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. They responded quickly to comments and were comfortable explaining when a requested change would create a weaker result. That made approvals easier and kept the production moving. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message.

The Game Trailers work benefited from the team's willingness to ask the right questions before building too far ahead. The scope centered on a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets. They asked sensible questions early and paid close attention to moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact. That preparation reduced unnecessary revision rounds and gave us more confidence in the choices being made. The work never felt templated or disconnected from our actual use case. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message.

The final Game Trailers delivery was the result of a well-managed process rather than a last-minute polish pass. The team considered moment selection, build-up, music synchronization, feature reveals, and end-card impact throughout the work on a cinematic game trailer assembled from gameplay and promotional assets. Comments were tracked properly, and each revision improved the piece without drifting away from the brief. The project closed cleanly, with no confusion about versions or final deliverables. The result was a trailer that created momentum, showed the game clearly, and ended with a strong release message. The working files and final exports were cleanly organized and practical for our team to continue using.
