About Our eLearning Video Production Service

Learning-first videos for training, onboarding and education

eLearning video production transforms lesson notes, slide decks, demonstrations and process documents into clear instructional videos. Useful training video is not simply a narrated presentation: it has a focused objective, a logical explanation sequence, timely visual reinforcement and an ending that helps learners recall what matters. Rudrriv coordinates the professionals, reviews and delivery so your team can focus on subject-matter accuracy rather than managing individual editors and designers.

What's included in eLearning video production
  • Review of the learning objective, viewer knowledge level and intended training outcome.
  • Lesson structure developed from supplied source content, with more detailed scripting and storyboarding in higher plans.
  • Editing of supplied narration, screen captures, slides and visual material into a deliberate teaching sequence.
  • On-screen reinforcement using chapter titles, annotations, callouts, examples and simple 2D motion where scoped.
  • English captions delivered as an SRT file and a full-HD MP4 master for supported video players and LMS uploads.
  • Consolidated feedback, managed production revisions, quality review and clearly labeled final files.
  • Editable project files for the Advanced package, subject to third-party licensing conditions.
Who uses these videos?

HR and L&D teams use instructional videos for onboarding, policy updates and compliance reinforcement. Operations teams need repeatable standard operating procedure walkthroughs. SaaS providers educate customers with product tutorials. Course creators and educators use structured videos to introduce concepts, demonstrate tools and reinforce learning after a lesson.

What we need from you

Share the learners' role and prior knowledge, the lesson objective, source documents or approved script, existing slides and screen recordings, voice audio if available, brand guidelines, target duration and publishing destination. If your LMS requires SCORM, xAPI, a quiz or completion tracking, mention this during scoping because the standard video packages do not include course authoring or tracking.

How the managed production process works
01
Define the learning goal

We review the audience, lesson objectives, source content and final platform before confirming the scope.

02
Plan & produce

The assigned team maps the sequence and builds the video, balancing narration, visual emphasis and pace.

03
Review for understanding

Reviewers check instructional clarity and technical quality; you provide consolidated feedback within your plan.

04
Deliver learner-ready files

Rudrriv supplies the approved MP4, captions and any included project files with organized handoff notes.

Built for practical learning delivery

Videos should be short enough to follow, clear enough to reuse and easy for your training owner to update. Our standard packages produce video files, not an interactive LMS course: quiz scoring, completion analytics, branching logic and SCORM/xAPI packages are separate requirements. We confirm those dependencies before promising a technical integration.

eLearning Video Production FAQs

eLearning video production turns training material into a structured instructional video. It can combine a clear script, narration, slide visuals, screen recordings, examples, captions and recap sections so people can learn at their own pace.
Rudrriv coordinates the appropriate creative professionals, reviews the brief, manages scripting or editing within scope, organizes feedback, quality-checks the learning flow and delivers the approved files. You do not need to manage multiple individual contractors.
Our Essential Microlearning Edit starts at ₹7,999 for up to 3 minutes using supplied materials. Professional is ₹19,999 for up to 6 minutes; Advanced is ₹44,999 for up to 10 minutes. Filming, voice talent, localization and LMS authoring require a separate quote.
Estimated standard delivery is 5 working days for Essential, 8–10 for Professional and 12–15 for Advanced after the brief and required inputs are approved. Larger courses and complex animation are assessed individually.
Share your audience, training objective, target runtime, approved script or source documents, slides, screen recordings, brand guidelines, any recorded narration, reference style, deadline and desired delivery platform. We will clarify any missing inputs during scoping.
The published packages assume you supply narration, screen captures and other core assets. Presenter filming, studio recording, casting and paid voiceover can be scoped as additional production services.
Yes. You can upload the delivered MP4 and captions where your LMS supports them. SCORM/xAPI course packaging, interactive branching, quiz scoring and completion tracking are not included in these video-only packages and must be quoted separately.
English SRT captions are included for the final approved narration in each package. We can discuss burned-in captions, translated subtitles, audio descriptions and additional accessibility requirements before the scope is confirmed.
Essential includes one consolidated revision round, Professional two and Advanced three. Each round addresses changes within the approved brief; a new lesson objective, replacement script or major change of direction may need a new scope.
All plans include an HD MP4 video and SRT caption file. Advanced also includes editable project files for the agreed elements, subject to third-party stock, plugin, font and software licensing. Additional exports can be scoped.
You receive the approved final video for the intended business or educational use once payment and delivery terms are met. Third-party music, fonts, stock footage and licensed assets remain governed by their respective licenses; proprietary editable tools may have separate restrictions.
Yes. Share the number of modules, average duration, source materials, learning pathways, language needs and publishing requirements. Rudrriv can quote a consistent visual system and a managed workflow across the full series.

For our eLearning Video Production requirement, we needed a team that could make sound creative decisions without overcomplicating the process. The team developed a structured eLearning video module for internal training with strong judgment around learning objectives, chapter flow, onscreen reinforcement, narration pace, and knowledge retention. They followed our requirements while still introducing a few improvements we had not considered. Milestones were simple to review, and revision rounds stayed controlled even when priorities shifted. The result was a training video that felt organized, digestible, and practical for learners to revisit.

The eLearning Video Production project could easily have become fragmented, but the team kept the work coherent. The team translated our requirements into a structured eLearning video module for internal training, and we especially valued the attention to learning objectives, chapter flow, onscreen reinforcement, narration pace, and knowledge retention. They responded quickly to comments and were comfortable explaining when a requested change would create a weaker result. That made approvals easier and kept the production moving. The result was a training video that felt organized, digestible, and practical for learners to revisit.

For eLearning Video Production, the early planning was especially valuable because it reduced avoidable revisions later. The scope centered on a structured eLearning video module for internal training. They asked sensible questions early and paid close attention to learning objectives, chapter flow, onscreen reinforcement, narration pace, and knowledge retention. That preparation reduced unnecessary revision rounds and gave us more confidence in the choices being made. The work never felt templated or disconnected from our actual use case. The result was a training video that felt organized, digestible, and practical for learners to revisit.
