Professional App & Website Preview Video Production

Show the interface, the journey and the reason to try your product

An app or website preview is a short, edited demonstration of a real digital experience. Rather than listing features in a slide deck or showing an unedited screen recording, the video takes a viewer through the most useful screens in an intentional order—what the product does, how a key task works, and what to do next.

Rudrriv manages the production end to end: we review your product brief, organize the relevant UI scenes, assign appropriate editing and motion professionals, coordinate feedback and check each final export. Startup founders, product teams, software agencies and marketers get a business-ready asset without sourcing and managing individual freelancers.

What Your Preview Can Include
  • Feature-selection outline and screen-flow planning to avoid overcrowded walkthroughs.
  • Edits of supplied app recordings, website screencasts, interface screenshots or Figma exports.
  • Browser and mobile-device frames, guided zooms, cursor emphasis and screen transitions.
  • Readable product benefits, short captions, timed callouts and branded opening/closing cards.
  • Reviewable first cut, consolidated revisions and an export matched to the agreed destination.
  • MP4 delivery with aspect ratio and alternate cut options determined by the package.
  • Editable project assets in Advanced, subject to any non-transferable third-party licensed elements.
Who Uses These Videos?

SaaS teams can put a feature-led walkthrough next to pricing or sign-up flows. App publishers can introduce real mobile interactions in a store listing or launch campaign. Web studios and agencies can present a new site experience to clients. Product marketers can create short updates for landing pages, email sequences, product launches or investor conversations.

What We Need from You

Share a product or staging link, screen captures or screenshots, a demo account where approved and necessary, your top one to five features, brand assets, the target audience, platform placement, reference style and target date. Use fictional demo data; remove client names, payment details and sensitive notifications before recording. If your UI is changing soon, flag the release schedule so that we do not film an outdated workflow.

How Managed Preview Production Works
01
Define the viewing goal

We identify the channel, audience, key workflow and the one action viewers should understand.

02
Plan the screen sequence

We select supplied UI moments, callouts and device framing within your chosen package.

03
Edit, preview and refine

Our team produces a review cut and coordinates consolidated edits against the agreed scope.

04
Quality-check and export

We review legibility, pacing and file specs, then deliver your agreed MP4 versions and any source files.

Built for the Right Placement

Website and SaaS previews are often 30–90 seconds when they need to explain several steps. Apple App Store previews have a much narrower 15–30 second window and require device-specific recording and encoding conventions. Google Play listing videos use a YouTube link rather than a directly uploaded App Store-style file. Channel compliance and extra variants must be included in the brief, not assumed from video length alone.

We aim for clear visual hierarchy, accurate screen order, readable callouts, consistent branding and a restrained pace. Preview videos demonstrate a product experience; they do not replace a complete training tutorial, functional QA, app-store review or software development.

App & Website Preview FAQs

They are short videos that show a digital product in action. They combine real interface screens or recordings, a purposeful sequence of steps, on-screen labels and motion to explain what a visitor can do in an app, website or SaaS platform.
Rudrriv packages start at ₹1,999 for a focused 15–20 second preview. The Professional package is ₹5,999 for a 30–45 second walkthrough, and Advanced is ₹11,999 for a longer launch showcase plus a short adaptation. More complex capture, narration, localization or additional versions are quoted separately.
Send your product URL or app build details, usable screen recordings or screenshots, approved branding, the audience, the key feature or journey, sample references and the required placement. If secure access is necessary, please use a demo account with sample data rather than sharing a personal password.
Yes. Supplied screenshots can be sequenced with motion, device frames and callouts. A screenshot-based preview can demonstrate the intended experience, but it cannot prove live interactions that were not captured. Share real screen recordings when accurate interaction timing matters.
Yes, if that destination is agreed in the brief. Apple App Store app previews generally need real on-device footage, accepted device resolutions and a 15–30 second running time. Google Play uses a linked YouTube preview instead of the same upload workflow. We check the relevant requirements for your target placement before final export; store approval is determined by the platform.
One narrative can often be adapted, but platforms have different durations, framing and technical rules. Professional includes two agreed MP4 exports and Advanced includes up to three exports plus a short cut. Additional platform-specific editing or localization may need a custom quote.
Typical delivery is 3 working days for Essential, 5 for Professional and 7 for Advanced, counted from an approved brief and complete usable inputs. Missing footage, access issues, major changes or larger review cycles can change the schedule.
Yes. Essential includes one consolidated round, Professional two and Advanced three. A revision covers changes to existing scope such as timing, approved on-screen copy, cuts and callouts. New features, a revised product UI or a different concept may require re-scoping.
An editable project file is included in Advanced. Essential and Professional include the agreed final MP4 exports. Licensed fonts, music, plugins or stock elements can have separate usage terms and may not be transferable as editable assets.
Where safe access and supported devices are available, capture can be discussed as a separately scoped requirement. The listed packages assume you provide usable screens or recordings. Use masked sample accounts without customer personal data or credentials in the footage.
All packages support concise on-screen labels. Recorded voiceover, translated versions and full closed-caption files are not assumed in the base price; they can be quoted after reviewing language, script and accessibility requirements.
You receive rights to use the approved custom final video for the agreed business purposes once the order is completed, subject to any third-party asset licenses. The project scope should identify music, font, stock, software and editable-project usage where applicable.

We brought in outside help for App & Website Previews and were impressed by how quickly the team understood the brief. The scope centered on a product-preview video demonstrating our app and website experience. Their decisions consistently reflected screen flow, feature prioritization, device framing, callout timing, and interface clarity. Each revision moved the work forward, and questions were answered clearly before they became production issues. By the end, we had a preview that showed the user experience clearly without turning into a long tutorial. The working files and final exports were cleanly organized and practical for our team to continue using.

The App & Website Previews project could easily have become fragmented, but the team kept the work coherent. The team translated our requirements into a product-preview video demonstrating our app and website experience, and we especially valued the attention to screen flow, feature prioritization, device framing, callout timing, and interface clarity. They responded quickly to comments and were comfortable explaining when a requested change would create a weaker result. That made approvals easier and kept the production moving. The result was a preview that showed the user experience clearly without turning into a long tutorial.

For App & Website Previews, the early planning was especially valuable because it reduced avoidable revisions later. The scope centered on a product-preview video demonstrating our app and website experience. They asked sensible questions early and paid close attention to screen flow, feature prioritization, device framing, callout timing, and interface clarity. That preparation reduced unnecessary revision rounds and gave us more confidence in the choices being made. The work never felt templated or disconnected from our actual use case. The result was a preview that showed the user experience clearly without turning into a long tutorial.
