The final result from our Poster Design project was strong and closely aligned with the brief. The team created a campaign poster while keeping a close eye on visual impact, hierarchy, typography, viewing distance, and adaptable sizing. Early concepts developed consistently through feedback without becoming overworked. Delivery stayed on schedule, and questions were answered clearly throughout the engagement. We ultimately achieved a stronger focal design that remained clear across formats. The source files were easy to navigate and practical for our team to continue using.

About Rudrriv’s Poster Design Service

Clear visual communication built for the place your poster will be seen

Poster design turns a message, event, offer or campaign into a single visual asset that can be understood quickly. Rudrriv’s managed service is for businesses, marketing teams, event organisers, retailers, agencies and organisations that need a poster designed around a real format and use case rather than a generic template.

A strong poster depends on more than decoration. The main message needs to read from the intended viewing distance, supporting information needs a clear hierarchy, and typography, imagery, colour and spacing need to remain controlled when the design is printed, displayed on screen or adapted into another size. Rudrriv coordinates the appropriate design professional, reviews the work against the agreed brief and manages revisions through final delivery.

What’s included
  • Brief interpretation: objective, audience, message priority, dimensions, brand assets and intended placement are clarified before design begins.
  • Creative direction: composition, typography, colour, imagery and visual emphasis are developed around the communication goal.
  • Poster production: the approved direction is prepared at the agreed size with attention to readability, image quality and practical output.
  • Revision management: consolidated feedback is applied within the revision rounds included in the selected package.
  • Quality review: hierarchy, copy placement, spacing, dimensions, asset quality and export readiness are checked before handoff.
  • Final delivery: JPG, PNG, PDF and editable source files are supplied according to package scope and intended use.
What we need from you

Provide the final poster copy, logo and brand guidelines if available, required size or platform dimensions, intended audience, preferred visual direction, mandatory photos or graphics, any references you want us to consider, and the delivery deadline. For professional printing, send the printer’s trim size, bleed, colour-profile or PDF requirements before final export.

How the managed poster design process works
01
Brief & production specs

Rudrriv reviews the message, audience, dimensions, usage, brand inputs and delivery constraints.

02
Creative direction & design

A suitable professional is matched to the brief and develops the included concept directions around hierarchy, impact and brand fit.

03
Feedback & quality review

Consolidated feedback is applied while Rudrriv checks that revisions stay aligned with the message, format and agreed scope.

04
Production-ready handoff

Approved files are exported for the agreed print or digital use, with adaptations and source files included by package.

Print and digital technical considerations

For standard close-view print work, high-resolution artwork is commonly prepared around 300 DPI at final size, while larger posters viewed from farther away may use a different effective resolution. Commercial print files often require CMYK colour, bleed and safe areas, while digital poster versions are generally prepared in RGB for screen use. Final settings should follow the destination printer or platform specification rather than a one-size-fits-all export rule.

Standard delivery is approximately 2 working days for Essential, 3 working days for Professional and 5 working days for Advanced after complete inputs are received. Complex illustration, extensive image retouching, delayed approvals or missing print specifications can change the schedule.
The listed packages cover poster design and file preparation, not physical printing. If you need printing coordination, mention it in your enquiry so it can be assessed as a separate requirement.
The final custom design is delivered for the agreed business or promotional use. Any third-party stock photos, fonts or other licensed assets remain subject to their own licence terms. If paid assets are required, their licensing should be confirmed before final production.

Our Poster Design brief had several moving parts, but the process stayed focused. The team translated our requirements into a campaign poster. We especially valued the attention to visual impact, hierarchy, typography, viewing distance, and adaptable sizing. They responded quickly to comments and also explained when a requested change would weaken the design. The finished work resulted in a stronger focal design that remained clear across formats. The handoff was polished, easy to review, and much stronger than our previous internal version.

The experience with Poster Design was smooth and professional from start to finish. We needed a campaign poster that would work in real use, not only in a mockup. The team considered visual impact, hierarchy, typography, viewing distance, and adaptable sizing throughout the project. Comments were tracked properly, and each revision improved the work without drifting from the brief. The result gave us a stronger focal design that remained clear across formats. We also appreciated receiving practical source files and useful variations for implementation.

This was our first time outsourcing Poster Design, and the engagement was very well managed. We started with a rough direction for a campaign poster. The strongest contribution was the attention to visual impact, hierarchy, typography, viewing distance, and adaptable sizing. Detailed feedback was handled thoughtfully, and design choices were explained when we needed help deciding. By the end, we had a stronger focal design that remained clear across formats. The final assets felt custom to the project and arrived in a clean, usable structure.

We chose this Poster Design service because we wanted a specialist approach rather than a generic treatment. The team developed a campaign poster with strong judgment around visual impact, hierarchy, typography, viewing distance, and adaptable sizing. They followed our requirements while still introducing ideas we had not considered. Milestones were easy to review, and revisions stayed controlled even when priorities changed. The finished work gave us a stronger focal design that remained clear across formats. Overall, the execution was thoughtful, dependable, and professionally handed over.
