About This Text to Speech Service

Professional AI narration with managed production and quality control

Text to speech (TTS) converts written text into synthesized spoken audio. For business use, the generation step is only part of the work: the chosen voice must fit the audience, difficult words need consistent pronunciation, pauses and pacing need to sound intentional, and long scripts need to be divided, checked and exported in a usable structure. Rudrriv manages those production decisions and coordinates delivery around your requirements.

This service is suitable when you need repeatable narration without recording every update with a human voice actor. Common applications include learning modules, product walkthroughs, internal training, knowledge content, explainer videos, accessibility support, app or product prompts, IVR content, announcements and recurring media production.

What's included
  • Scope review based on script length, intended use, language, audience and desired voice character.
  • Voice selection from the available voices on the agreed text-to-speech platform.
  • Pronunciation handling for names, acronyms, brands, technical terms and recurring terminology.
  • Pacing, punctuation, pauses and emphasis adjustments using the controls available on the chosen platform.
  • Audio generation and listening-based checks for obvious artifacts, skipped words, mispronunciations and inconsistent timing.
  • File splitting, naming and batch organization according to the selected package.
  • MP3 delivery in all packages, with WAV included where stated.
  • Reusable pronunciation, speech-control or handover notes in the Advanced package where technically appropriate.
What we need from you

Share your final or near-final script, target language, preferred accent or voice style, intended audience and where the audio will be used. Include a list of names, acronyms, brands or specialist terms with pronunciation guidance if you have it. For batch work, also provide the required file split, naming convention, order and output format. If your organization already uses a specific provider or API, tell us before production starts.

How the managed Text to Speech process works
01
Scope the narration

We review the script volume, language, audience, intended use, output structure and any platform constraints.

02
Set voice & speech rules

The delivery team establishes voice direction, pronunciation guidance, pacing and pause treatment for the selected tool.

03
Generate & quality-check

Audio is produced, listened to and corrected for issues such as awkward phrasing, mispronunciation or inconsistent sections.

04
Revise & hand over

Included revisions are applied and the approved audio is organized, exported and delivered with relevant notes.

Technical quality considerations

Speech controls vary by provider and model. Some platforms support SSML, pronunciation dictionaries or phoneme guidance; others use provider-specific tags, punctuation or voice settings. For that reason, we do not assume that one configuration behaves identically across every TTS engine. The setup is adapted to the selected platform, and audio is checked by listening rather than relying only on generated settings.

When a human voice actor may be the better choice
Text to speech is strong for scalable, frequently updated or structured narration. For performance-led advertising, highly emotional storytelling, celebrity-style reads or work that depends on subtle acting choices, a human voice recording may be more suitable. We can scope the TTS service around the use case rather than forcing AI narration where it is not a good fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rudrriv manages the production process around your script: scope review, voice selection, pronunciation and pacing setup, generation, listening-based quality checks, revisions within the package scope, and organized audio delivery. Advanced projects can also include reusable pronunciation or configuration notes.
Provide the final or near-final script, target audience, language and accent preferences, desired voice style, intended use, preferred audio format, deadline, and any names, acronyms, brands or technical terms that need special pronunciation. If you already use a TTS platform, include that requirement too.
Yes. Voice and accent selection can be guided by your audience, brand tone and available voices on the chosen platform. If you need a particular named or custom voice, availability and usage rights must be confirmed before production.
We build a pronunciation list and use the controls supported by the chosen TTS platform, such as phonetic guidance, pronunciation dictionaries, punctuation, SSML or provider-specific speech controls. A listening review is then used to catch terms that still need adjustment.
Yes, where the selected voice and platform support the required languages. Advanced package scope can cover up to two supplied-language scripts. Translation is not included unless it is quoted separately, and pronunciation should be reviewed per language rather than assumed to transfer automatically.
MP3 is included in all packages. WAV is included in Professional and Advanced packages. Other codecs, sample rates or platform-specific export requirements can be reviewed for a custom scope when the selected TTS provider supports them.
Standard package delivery is 1 day for Essential, 3 days for Professional and 5 days for Advanced after the required script and project inputs are available. Larger scripts, multiple languages, custom integrations or approval dependencies may require a custom schedule.
A revision covers adjustments within the approved scope, such as pronunciation, pacing, pauses, voice settings or regeneration of affected sections. New scripts, major script rewrites, added languages, extra voices or materially expanded output volume are treated as additional scope.
Voice cloning can only be considered when you have the necessary rights and consent for the voice and the selected provider supports the requested use. It is not included by default in the listed packages and is scoped separately because provider verification, licensing and technical requirements vary.
The listed prices cover Rudrriv's managed production scope. Any paid voice license, platform subscription, API usage, custom voice fee or other third-party charge is separate unless the quote explicitly says it is included.

The final result from our Text to Speech project was strong and closely aligned with the brief. The team created a text-to-speech setup for generating clear narration at scale while keeping a close eye on voice selection, pronunciation rules, pacing, pauses, multilingual handling, audio quality, batching, and export. Early work improved consistently through feedback without becoming overcomplicated. Delivery stayed on schedule, and questions were answered clearly throughout the engagement. We ultimately achieved reliable narration that required far less manual correction before publishing. The files and documentation were easy to navigate and practical for our team to keep using.

Our Text to Speech brief had several moving parts, but the process stayed focused. The team translated our requirements into a text-to-speech setup for generating clear narration at scale. We especially valued the attention to voice selection, pronunciation rules, pacing, pauses, multilingual handling, audio quality, batching, and export. They responded quickly to comments and also explained when a requested change would weaken reliability or quality. The finished work resulted in reliable narration that required far less manual correction before publishing. The handoff was polished, easy to review, and noticeably stronger than our previous internal approach.

This was our first time bringing in outside support for Text to Speech, and the engagement was managed very well. We began with a rough direction for a text-to-speech setup for generating clear narration at scale. The strongest contribution was the attention to voice selection, pronunciation rules, pacing, pauses, multilingual handling, audio quality, batching, and export. Feedback was handled thoughtfully, and the team explained important choices whenever we needed context. By the end, we had reliable narration that required far less manual correction before publishing. The final handoff was organized, practical, and clearly prepared for continued use.
