What types of recordings can Rudrriv transcribe?
The service can be scoped for common business and content recordings such as interviews, podcasts, meetings, webinars, research conversations, training recordings and video content. Share the recording type and any special terminology so the right transcript style can be confirmed.
How is transcription priced?
Pricing is based primarily on recorded audio or video minutes. Clean Read starts at $0.79 USD per recorded minute, Reviewed Transcript starts at $1.25 USD per recorded minute, and Full Verbatim starts at $2.00 USD per recorded minute. Final pricing is confirmed after the recording quality, speaker count, formatting and special instructions are reviewed.
What is the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time for this service is 5–7 working days. Large files, difficult audio, specialist terminology, multiple recordings or complex formatting may require a custom schedule that is confirmed before work begins.
What is the difference between Clean Read and Full Verbatim?
Clean Read removes routine filler words and obvious false starts where doing so improves readability without changing meaning. Full Verbatim is designed to preserve spoken detail more closely, including fillers, repetitions and relevant non-speech notes when requested.
Can you add speaker labels and timestamps?
Yes. Speaker labels can be included when speakers can be distinguished from the recording. Timestamp requirements can also be scoped, including periodic timestamps or timestamps around speaker changes, depending on the selected plan and project instructions.
What file formats will I receive?
Typical transcript delivery can include editable DOCX and TXT files. PDF or caption-style text files can be included when they are part of the agreed scope. Final delivery formats are confirmed before transcription begins.
What information should I provide with my recording?
Provide the recording, preferred transcript style, speaker names if known, terminology or spelling references, timestamp requirements, formatting preferences and any sections that need special handling. Clear reference material helps reduce ambiguity during review.
Can you work with poor-quality audio or strong accents?
These recordings can be reviewed for feasibility, but unclear speech, overlapping speakers, background noise or unfamiliar terminology may affect the scope, price and delivery time. Share a representative file so the requirement can be assessed before the quote is confirmed.
Can I request a custom transcription format?
Yes. If you need a particular heading structure, speaker format, timestamp pattern, meeting-note layout or reusable transcript template, describe it in the enquiry. Custom formatting can be included when the requirement is practical for the recording and agreed scope.
How do I get started?
Use the enquiry form on this page and share the recording type, approximate duration, desired transcript style, timeline and any special instructions. Rudrriv will review the requirement and confirm the most suitable scope and final quote before work begins.
